Dalila Burnstone

Fruit Advisor

After graduating from the University of Porto in Portugal with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, I decided to challenge myself and came to England to do a MSc. in Plant Science Research at Horticulture Research International at the University of Warwick. I have 13 years’ experience in ornamental plant production as a grower and then Technical Manager responsible for the technical aspects of growing hundreds of different varieties of plants for sale in garden centres. Most recently I have moved to soft fruit production, as an agronomist and have gained extensive experience in plant protection, both conventional and biological, fertilisation and production across strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. I am delighted to be working with the FAST LLP team to deliver accurate advice and help growers achieve success.
